There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges on any juice items and all gift cards are final sale.
All cleanse purchases and add-ons are final sale. We do not provide refunds if you cancel during a cleanse or after you’ve completed a cleanse. No substitutions.
Our commitment is to provide high-quality products to every customer. Fresh juice must be treated with great care and diligence. With our commitment to quality, our policy is that all cancellations, changes, or postponements to online orders, must be received before 11:00 AM CST the day before your pick-up date. We will not offer a refund for cancellations made after this day and time.
Any cleanse or online order that is not picked up is not eligible for a refund.
Refunds are not issued for any cleanses or juice that has been partially or fully consumed.
